Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if delays occur.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
For standard shipping within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
4. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $7.75 applies to all orders within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status through the shipping carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery and Packaging
