Returns & Refunds Policy

At Boretu, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through a clear and fair return, refund, and exchange policy. Please read the information below carefully. If you need assistance at any point, please contact our support team at support@boretu.com.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may return eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 28 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
  • Products must not be damaged or altered in any way
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged
  • Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@boretu.com to request a return authorization number.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided in the response.
  3. Securely pack the product and clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Ship the package using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

Note: Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following terms:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error
  • If a free gift or promotional item was included and is not returned, its value may be deducted from the total refund

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The customer requests a different size, color, or variant

To request an exchange:

  • Contact support@boretu.com with your order number and details
  • Once the item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item or issue store credit
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact support@boretu.com immediately with photos and order details
  • We will issue a return authorization and cover the return shipping costs
  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund

6. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order contains an incorrect item or is missing items:

  • Notify us at support@boretu.com within 28 days of delivery
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or the missing item to be shipped at no additional cost

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  • You may still initiate a return or exchange once you receive the product
