Returns & Refunds Policy

At Boretu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how to request a return, refund, or replacement in a fair and transparent manner.

Our services are available in the United States and most international countries, except where prohibited by law. If your country is not supported, checkout will not be possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@boretu.com with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at support@boretu.com within 28 days of delivery.

We may request photos for verification. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a notification email confirming the status of your return
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • First, check your bank or card statement again
  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary
  • If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@boretu.com

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item separately
