1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible products under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 28 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
- Products must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged
- Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@boretu.com to request a return authorization number.
- Follow the return instructions provided in the response.
- Securely pack the product and clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
- Ship the package using a tracked shipping service of your choice.
Note: Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following terms:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error
- If a free gift or promotional item was included and is not returned, its value may be deducted from the total refund
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The customer requests a different size, color, or variant
To request an exchange:
- Contact support@boretu.com with your order number and details
- Once the item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item or issue store credit
- If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact support@boretu.com immediately with photos and order details
- We will issue a return authorization and cover the return shipping costs
- You may choose between a replacement or a full refund
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order contains an incorrect item or is missing items:
- Notify us at support@boretu.com within 28 days of delivery
- We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or the missing item to be shipped at no additional cost
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- You may still initiate a return or exchange once you receive the product
