Returns & Refunds Policy

At Boretu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, this policy explains how to return items and request a refund or replacement with full transparency.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Must include original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Items failing to meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Final Sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or free promotional items
  • Items that show signs of use or wear not caused by shipping

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at support@boretu.com with your order number and reason.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and return address.
  • Ship your item back using a trackable service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email support@boretu.com within 28 days.
We may request photos and will offer a full refund or replacement free of charge.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  • Still missing? Contact us at support@boretu.com.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
