ORDERING

1. How can I place an order on Boretu’s website?
To place an order, simply browse our catalog, add your desired items to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@boretu.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


SHIPPING

1. How long does shipping take?
Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3 to 6 business days after shipment. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing.

2. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.75 for all domestic orders.

3. What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@boretu.com. We will assist in resolving the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund when appropriate.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 28 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Custom-made or final sale items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

2. How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?
To initiate a return, contact us at support@boretu.com. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number.

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


CANCELLATION

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact support@boretu.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

2. Can I cancel a custom or personalized order?
Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. For assistance, contact support@boretu.com.
