Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our store, choose the items you like, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes — but only if your order hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us at support@boretu.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 4–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
    Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:

  • U.S. Orders: Flat rate $4.95
  • International Orders: Flat rate $10.95

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers, and we do not store your full credit card details.


Returns & Refunds
