Cancellation Policy

At Boretu, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be canceled, and outlines the process for requesting a refund if your order has not yet shipped.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled, as they are produced or sourced specifically for your order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email support@boretu.com with your order number and a brief cancellation request
  2. Our customer service team will verify whether your order has shipped
  3. If the order is still eligible, we will cancel it and begin processing your refund

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges will also be refunded if the order had not yet shipped
  • If the order has already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Final Sale Items

Items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your delivered order includes:

  • The wrong item, or
  • A missing item

Please notify us at support@boretu.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

We will resolve the issue by:

  • Shipping the correct/missing item at no additional cost, or
  • Issuing a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference
