At Boretu, we understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — in this case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Customized or special-order items are non-cancelable once production begins.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email support@boretu.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Our team will verify your order status.
- If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll confirm cancellation and process your refund.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges will be refunded only if the order was canceled before shipping.
- Orders already shipped are not eligible for shipping fee refunds.
4. Final Sale Items
Products marked Final Sale cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
5. Wrong or Missing Items
If your order is incomplete or incorrect:
- Notify us at support@boretu.com within 28 days of receiving your order
- We’ll offer:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A refund, depending on availability and your preference.
