Billing Terms & Conditions

Boretu is committed to providing customers with a secure and transparent shopping experience. These Billing Terms & Conditions outline our policies regarding accepted payment methods, billing accuracy, order processing, shipping, returns, cancellations, fraud prevention, and policy updates.

Our services are available to customers in the United States and most international countries, except where prohibited by law. If your country is not supported, you will not be able to complete checkout at the time of purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement and another once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Information

We offer shipping both domestically (U.S.) and internationally.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • International: 7–17 business days (may vary by location)

Flat Shipping Rates:

  • U.S. Orders: $4.95
  • International Orders: $10.95

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Non-defective returns require customers to cover return shipping costs
  • Contact support@boretu.com for items that are damaged or defective

6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing support@boretu.com.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Returns must follow the standard return process.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and ensure a secure transaction environment:

  • We may request additional verification, such as a government-issued ID or phone confirmation.
  • Boretu reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or policy violations.
