Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or used.
- Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Method
- Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Label
- Customers are responsible for providing their own return label. Boretu does not include a return label in the package.
Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee is applied to returns.
Return Process

- Follow the return instructions provided, including securely packing the item.
- Clearly write the return authorization number on the package and send it back.
- Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. If it meets return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.
Exchange Process
- We accept exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if the customer wants a different size or variant.
- To request an exchange, contact [email protected] with order details.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement product or issue store credit, depending on availability.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- If a promotional item was included in the purchase and is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Damaged Products

- You may choose a replacement (exchange) or a full refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Missing Items

Canceling an Order
