Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy

  • Products must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or used.
  • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Label

  • Customers are responsible for providing their own return label. Boretu does not include a return label in the package.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee is applied to returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact [email protected] to request a return authorization.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided, including securely packing the item.
  3. Clearly write the return authorization number on the package and send it back.
  4. Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. If it meets return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.

Exchange Process

  • We accept exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if the customer wants a different size or variant.
  • To request an exchange, contact [email protected] with order details.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement product or issue store credit, depending on availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • If a promotional item was included in the purchase and is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact [email protected] immediately.
  • We will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
  • You may choose a replacement (exchange) or a full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If your order contains incorrect or missing items, contact [email protected] within 5 business days of receipt.
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or add the missing item to a future order.

Canceling an Order

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return or exchange the item upon receipt.
